Printed Parts and Lead Sheets

Our most requested service is creating printed parts and lead sheets for use in live performance.  Yes, we do that!

All of our arrangers are expert in state-of-the-art music engraving software, are performing musicians themselves, and have experience in formatting musical parts for maximum clarity, simplicity, and legibility.

Formatting correct music notation is an art, learned by many of our staff in pen and ink early in their careers. There are conventions in musical notation governing the layout of parts, font sizes, chord symbol conventions, and formatting for page turns that are often overlooked by the inexperienced arranger or composer. Our staff knows these things and all have reputations for clean parts and excellent results, leading to cost savings in rehearsal time and maximum possible performance quality.

The creation of lead sheets often involves transcription of recorded material, or taking dictation from a live rehearsal. Our arrangers all are expert transcribers, fast and accurate, taking only the essential information needed to get to the next step. Your three minute song can become a transcribed lead sheet within an hour or two in most cases.

Use our basic music arrangement cost calculator to estimate the bill for your lead sheet or small arrangement.
