We published a guest post on the Finale Blog documenting our experience using Finale’s features enabling the use of Default Files, Templates and Document Styles.
We find these aspects of Finale very helpful in developing a “house style,” with chords that are large enough, the partsIndividual pieces of music, each designed to be performed by a single musician or section of an ensemble. are formatted correctly with title and instrument name on every part, pages properly numbered, with sensible layouts and manageable page turns.
